Your First Visit

New Patient Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family! We will request that you complete our New Patient Forms (New Patient Forms). You may download, print and complete them at home and bring them with you or simply complete them at our office. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition(s).

Initial Consultation

Unlike most chiropractors, you will begin discussing your health history with Dr. Rolando and potential treatment options on your first visit. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Rolando to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals. You will never be expected to set up a treatment plan in advance OR be required to have an unrealistic number of visits per week.

Initial Examination

After your initial consultation, Dr. Rolando will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

X-Ray Studies

Bridgewater Chiropractic very rarely requires x-rays unless absolutely necessary. If X-rays are needed, we do NOT perform these in-house as to reduce our patient's exposure to radiation.

Report of Findings

Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Rolando will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:

How can you help me?
How often do I need to come in?
What will my insurance allow and/or out of pocket expenses be?

Treatment: Mixed Chiropractic

At the conclusion of this initial  appointment, you will receive the following:
1. Your first Vibration Massage Therapy Treatment
2. Your first Chiropractic Adjustment(s)
3. Your first Full-Body Stretch
4. At-Home Treatments OR Exercises to improve your condition outside of the office to support your body healing itself

Wellness Program

Prior to exiting your first visit, Dr. Bello will suggest a wellness program to incorporate outside of treatment.

If you desire, we will work with you to create healthy habits and routines for your lifestyle; which may include vitamins/supplements, custom orthotics or our purification/detox program

Every person is unique, therefore everyone requires a customized wellness plan. The purpose of our wellness program is for you to achieve good spinal alignment, have a healthy diet, exercise, and maintain a positive mental state so your visits with us are less frequent.

Testimonial

  • "I was in a motor vehicle collision last year which really scared me. After 40 stitches in the head, a hospital stay, some drugs and continuous neck pain, I finally decided to see a Chiropractor. I have NEVER looked back. Not only did Dr. Bello work with my lawyer to submit documentation of my injuries for compensation, I have never received the type of one-on-one care I have from another healthcare professional. I now continue to see Dr. Bello twice a month for maintenance and slowly but surely I am getting back on my feet."
